I dont want to buy a new stuffed dog toy when it is only the squeeker part that is worn out. Is there anywhere online that I can get them and just sew them into the toys he already plays with.

Go to a store, and pick one out of their dog toys, lol

Almost any store that sells the toys will also sell the replacement squeakers.
