If you’re online, then your computer savvy. Make up some flyers, print them and post them, or hand them out in your neighborhood.
However, since you are young, ask a parent to accompany you when you meet prospective clients.

make up fliers and pass them out to neighbors, post them in laundrymats and apartment building lobbies and vet offices. I am sure there are many people who will pay you to play with their dogs and walk them while they are at work all day.

start local. asking your neighbours is a really good start.
also doing things like washing their dogs too.
a mild baby shampoo is ok to use.
you don’t want to go too overboard with it.

make sure you ask neighbours if they have friends with dogs that are too busy and would like someone to walk their dogs for them.

You can Google some websites learning all about having a small biss and then make some Flyers, newspaper,and showing ,neighbors, and your parents friends to see if they have pets that need to be taken cared of.
Believe me I know what it takes I went into a entrepreneur training where they show students everything they need to know in order to have a successful biss.
