Big, indestructable toys….you may think I’m crazy, but I have a Mastiff (giant like the Saint) and I buy horse toys for him. He still destroys them but they last a little longer. Get some hand towels to wipe the pups mouth, a raised feeder, and good quality dog food for Giant Breeds.
The best thing to know when getting a St. Bernard is that your furniture is in jeopardy! Thats not always a bad thing!!!! I would invest in some chew toys, and make sure to reprimand the dog if it chews your things up. Are you getting a puppy or an adult St. Bernard, your not real clear on that!
You can check out Petco or Petsmart for all kinds of great K9 products. They even have training videos too.
I have to agree with Marina above, buy horse toys for it, so they last longer than a few days!
