Extra leashes, collars, treats, poo bags, good walking shoes.
Insurance, bonding, a first aid kit that you carry with you and you need to take the Red Cross pet first aid class.
You need to learn how to price your services and write up a business plan. You should join one of the pet sitters associations to show you are serious about your services.
Check out National Association of Pet Sitters they will have all the info you need to start business

leashes, collars, pet beds, food, water, toys, vets phone #, a couple cages, pooper scoopers, but most important, ability to control dogs. Don't take on more than you can handle. And depending on where you are at, possibly a business license.
