If they use the bathroom in it, then daily. If they don’t, weekly at the most.
Change the straw when it becomes dirty/wet, or when it compacts down flat. The insulating factor in straw is only kept with a thick fluffy bed.
why on EARTH would you use straw in dog kennels? It’s a terrible idea as the straw will harbour bacteria unless changed out daily at the LEAST. Also some forms of straw bedding can be highly toxic to puppies as well as some smaller dogs.
Daily if its all you know yucky, and if not all yucky then change it when it does get all yucky.
change it wen its dirty and wet. I would fluff it up every day wen checking it was clean.
