Dog/ pet insurance?

dog insurance

I’m looking towards pet insurance in canada. It first heard of it on yahoo, before that I never knew there was insurance for dogs, or don’t even know where to get them. No one speaks of pet insurance where I live. So i’m asking you! How much is pet insurance, and where could I get them? and how does it work? Yearly?

I’m sure if you can get insurance the cost would depend on the animal. A $5,000 parrot vs a $1,000 dog or a $500. Parrots can life for 50/75 year where dogs live 10/20 so I think it would depend on the breed you have.

I have it for my dogs and it really pays off. The name of the insurance I use is called Pet Care Pet Insurance Programs. For me it costs I think $25 for both of my dogs together. I believe they pay 80% after a small co-pay.

I have a number for you but I’m not sure if it is offered in Canada. You can find out though and if not then maybe they can refer you to one in your country.
