Petco & Petsmart will, but I’m not sure if that’s the kind you’re talking about. You could also try looking online, for example: Ebay.
Nothing beats hands on learning. None of the books will be a good substitute for mentoring under an experienced groomer!
There are plenty of online courses which provide text and video that will help you learn the dog grooming trade.
I agree that real-life hands on experience will be your best way to learn.
