All dogs are different in what they like, and if it agrees with their stomaches.

Some good quality foods are :

Canidae

Wellness CORE

Taste of the Wild

Innova
Eagle pack Holistic
Chicken Soup for the dog Lovers Soul
Orijen
EVO
Merrick
Blue Buffalo
Avoderm

Never get low quality foods like :

Cesar, Ol' Roy, Purina, Pedigree, Iams, Eukanuba, Science Diet, BilJac, Nutro , Dad's, Royal Canin, Mighty Dog
Or ANY grocery Store brand!

This website should be able to help you on picking out a good quality food. Stick on the 4-5-6 star range.

Never get a dog food with Corn, Soy, and By-Products. But I would also suggest a wheat free dog food. When you change your dogs food to a better quality, you will notice these things :
Firmer Stool, Glossier Coat, and better overall health.

Some foods that are Great and the price is good for if you still want to feed your dog a good quality, but with a cheaper price. :

Diamond NATURALS - Feed Store (Make sure to get the NATURAL kind, the regular stuff is crap!)

Kirkland Signature - Costco=&lang=en-US

Maxximum Nutrition - Walmart
**************************************************************************************

Raw Feeding is also good, but it can be pricey. Learn more at:

Is your dog throwing up food? Or is she throwing up bile?

Through trial and error, I figured out that my dog Bailey throws up yellow bile if her tummy is empty. So I divide her daily ration into 4 servings, and feed her at breakfast, lunch, supper, and bedtime. It's sometimes not convenient, but I don't mind doing it if it makes her feel better.

Another problem I've noticed with dogs is that they sometimes eat too fast, and that causes them to throw up after eating. If that's what's going on with your dog, spread the kibbles out over a dinner plate so that she can't gulp such big mouthfuls.

If you're looking for a different food, you might want to check out Eukanuba Sensitive Stomach. Here's a link to all the details:. This is a fabulous food that has been scientifically formulated specifically for dogs with tummy troubles. And it has a satisfaction guarantee.

I work in Consumer Relations for Eukanuba, and if you would like a coupon to try Sensitive Stomach call us at 800-423-6036.

If you are currently feeding a cheaper brand, take a moment and compare your current ingredients with the following ingredients.
Chicken Meal, Rice Flour, Ground Rice, Rice Bran, Poultry Fat (preserved with mixed Tocopherols, a source of natural Vitamin E), Oatmeal, Sunflower Oil (preserved with mixed Tocopherols, a source of natural Vitamin E), Natural Flavor, Dried Beet Pulp, Potassium Chloride, Dried Egg Product, Dried Kelp (source of Iodine).
SO Check Out >>>http://www.agritura.com/index.php/cat/c380_Dog-Food.html

Dry Dog foods are really good food for your dogs. You must check this before buying any dry dog foods ------->

Remember that protein, ideally, according to an experienced specialist in animal nutrition, should be listed as at least 30 percent. Keep in mind that dogs utilize fat well and some nutrition specialists think that at least 18 percent is ideal.

Check this one >>>

I had a dog and a cat throwing up their food. They were healthy according to the vet... this food is somewhat expensive.. but it is all natural. It has things in it you wouldnt imagine for dogs or cats. Beets, eggs, carrots, etc... but it doesnt have any fillers so they also dont eat as much of it (because it processes through their system slower which means they dont go poop as much yay! hehe) They are fuller longer from it. Its just beneficial... I can tell you this much.. I bought a big bag of food for my cats that was a 18 pound bag for 21 dollars.... I had 14 cats at this time (all strays I took in and found homes for).... it lasted a month!!!
Thats a LONG time for 14 cats! lol :)
But this is great food. I found it at my local Atwoods.

1. They dont go to the bathroom as often because it isnt full of fillers so they get more nutrients from it and it stays in their system longer.

2. It doesnt stink hardly at all compared to the cheap stuff!!

3. It lasts soooo much longer because they dont it as often.

4.------- they stopped throwing up!!! Very beneficial. I was tired of cleaning up puke! lol

I hope this helps. Its the best stuff I found!!!

Grain free food. Lots of sensitive stomach is caused by grains. My dog has a food allergy. So I usually make his food, but as a variety, I feed Solid Gold Barking at the Moon. Innova EVO is grain free too. Probiotic caps are helpful, and if your dog can have dairy use some plain yogurt with active cultures.

Basically, anything without corn, wheat, or soy.

A lot of vets recommend feeding a bland diet of brown rice and boiled chicken for the vomiting, I'm surprised yours didn't. I'd start there.

Innova is a great brand.
