you didnt include the age of your dog so i dont know if this will help....my dogs used to do the same thing....i had more "crotchless" underwear than one woman needs in her life. my bras were also a favorite toy...i worry that giving your dog a "play" clothes basket will not help because you will be teaching him that it is alright to chew your clothes...all i can say is my dog outgrew it...he did it for the first year and a half...i started being real careful about leaving things out and now he no lnger does it..(he is 3 now)...good luck.

Nothing you put in your washer will help, training is the way to stop it.Your just going to have to work extra hard at keeping your clothes put up,and keep a close eye on your dog.when you catch him scold him, then give him one of his toys to chew on.Make sure to praise him, when he is chewing one of his toys.
Be extra alert about items like socks, washcloths, and panties.Depending on the size of your dog, these items could be swallowed.Swallowing something like that can cause a bowel obstruction, wich can be fatel.Even if not,Bowel obstruction surgery is very expensive, and hard on dogs.

Make the cute little poochie a laundry basket of clean clothes, just for him...Wash some old clothes of yours, and fool him..leave them where he could get at them...maybe he'll be busy with them, and you can hide your good clothes! Gotta try to outsmart these little rascals sometimes!
