What month do dog sweaters and winter clothes come out? I tried to buy one at Petsmart in the summer…?

for my new dog, and all they had were rain coats and t-shirts. Are sweaters stocked all year round, and this store just had a bad supply, or are dog clothes stocked based on the season? I have a smooth-haired miniature dachshund, and she’s going to need something to keep her warm in the winter. Thanks.

It probably has something to do with location. I’m in Maryland, and they have all season apparel at the petsmart near me. They have raincoats, performance fleece, shirts and sweaters. Ask a store associate or call the corporate headquarters.

My PetSmart has sweaters in year around. So I’m guessing it’s just your store. Try again at the end of the month when it isn’t as hot.

I would look around on the internet. I like Amazon. It would only be a good idea if you knew your dogs size well enough to order online.

My groomer stocks sweaters all year round, we dont have any of the pet chain stores here like Petsmart.
