I was looking into getting smaller dogs, such as chihuahuas or teacup yorkies… but i also would love bigger breeds such as american eskimo dog’s and golden retrievers… tell me what you this by experience.

Having owned several, Rottweilers are the sweetest, funniest, most loving dogs there are. Siberian Huskies are also great, but they’re a little more high maintenance. They are worth it though.

As far as little dogs go, I would say a mini dachsund or a Jack Russell.

jack russell is like having a mini tornado, if you have a fenced in yard and can let it run around for hours at a time get one, if not stay away.

I recommed minature poodle, smart and loving

best types are determined by owners preferences and lifestyles, a breed can be totally great for one person and their lifestyle and become a nightmare for the next person.

If you are a person who enjoys a laidback quiet lifestyle with just a couple short leisurely walk, a hyper vocal dogs that wants to run and play fetch all day is going to drive you batty and will likely destroy your home without enough exercise to wear off its energy, if you are are marathon runner and want a dog to keep you company and offer protection while you run , a pug just won’t do.

So for each person there is a right breed but not such thing as one right breed that will suit everyone

I definitly do not like chihuhuas and yorkies are alot of up keep for their hair. you are steadily having to brush them. I do love golden retrievers but they shed a bunch. They are excellent pets though. I love my Boston Terrier. She dont need to be brushed, needs a bath only when needed. She is very smart, playful, very loving, affectionate, loyal and an all out wonderful dog breed. They dont need much exercise and are very content being an inside dog.

I have heard that labs and golden retrievers are very good dogs.

I have owned lots of dogs. My favorite would have to be a golden retriever. they are the most loyal dogs, you can teach them anything, and they listen. I have also had a boxer which are good too, they dont listen as well but are still loyal. I have a siberean husky right now and he is a crazy hyper dog. He listens good but he is so hyper that sometimes I cant handle him. So I would have to say that a golden retriever is the best.
