Any behavior that negatively affects your relationship with your dog is problem dog behavior.  This might not be all your dog’s fault, because some things that you do may be affecting your dog’s behavior.  What you should do is to figure out what your are doing , or is there something that you can remove from your dog’s environment that will help to change your dog’s behavior.  That will be a good start to correcting your problem.

Things such as barking and chewing are natural behaviors but they can be a problem when they become irritating, cause conflict with your neighbors or destruction in your house.  Pulling on the leash, jumping on people, ignoring you and being aggressive are other problem behaviors.  Is your dog house broken?  Most pet dogs live in doors now and “house breaking” or “house training” is necessary.

Is there anything that you can do?  Yes, but you need to get help.  There are training systems available today that can help by training you to train your dog.  These are programs developed by professional dog trainers who have worked with all types and breeds of dogs.  Be forewarned, any type of training program requires commitment and time, so you should be prepared to spend some time with your dog.  After all, you have commited to care for this animal. Another important fact is that dogs need exercise and attention.  you may notice that some of your problem dog behaviors disappear when the two of you have spent some quality time together and your dog has gotten enough exercise.

Training a dog is not complicated, but if you do the wrong thing, you could train your dog to do something undesirable without even knowing it.  You can accidentally train some behavior problems along with the behaviors that you want.  Remember to try and find out if you are causing your dog to behave in a certain way. Try to find if there is something that you can change in your behavior or change in your dog’s environment that will help to change its behavior.  Finally, get a good system to help you to know the proper way to deal with PROBLEM DOG BEHAVIOR.
